Fitbit not visible on Bluetooth

I have travelled from Ireland to Australia and now my Fitbit charge 5 no longer shows up as a device on Bluetooth. 
I have tried all the steps explained in the thread, restarting phone and Fitbit, deleting and re-downloading the app etc. nothing is working.
