Hi there, about a month ago I have received an email saying my premium subscription would renew. Since I don't see the benefits of that service, having subscribed before just to try out, I went to the app, clicked account , manage subscriptions, which took me to my Google Subscriptions page: F1 TV, Paramount, and google one.
Since fitbit was not there, I assumed the subscription was not in auto renew and life went on.
Today for my surprise I got an email from PayPal with a charge
I reached out to support, which gave me an unexcusable reason that I could not get a refund as I had the device and I should keep using it
I don't remember reading such BS from support in a while.
Be aware of the practice of this company. It is hard to accept that a Google company would be like this.
I'm reaching out to Google before making more out of this. Completely unfair on their end
