Hi! Since I updated the app on my iphone yesterday this logo appeared on my fitbits screen and doesn’t disappear. I have tried all the recommendations for people who have reported the similar problem and what the fitbit support page recommend, and it doesn’t work! The screen is frozen with the logo on and when reset it only appears again. It does not connect with the phone either. (And I have tried with the ‘turn off bluetooth recommendations’ etc that’s been recommended here in community as well).
