I wore my Fitbit Charge 5 in the pool today for all about 10 minutes before realizing I had it on. Mind you I was only in the shallow end with my kids. Now hours later it won't turn on. I tried restarting it. First time it vibrated, screen flashed, went white then back to black. The second time it vibrated, showed the Fitbit logo then back to black. Any other suggestions?

Hi, @AlexandriaL, welcome to the community, your "Charge 5" (provided it is not damaged) is waterproof and will not have come to any harm in the pool. You can see the state of charge by syncing the "Today" screen on the app on your phone by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing, the icon in the top right corner will inform you. Should you find it has not been charged then Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  will guide you. If you are still stuck please post here again.
