I recently got this charge 5 and now it won’t even register being plugged in. Last night it was saying a charging error and wouldn’t charge but today it won’t even register being plugged in. I have restarted it multiple times but nothing has worked.

Hi, @Hudhud01 , if a restart hasn’t solved your charging issue, and you are sure that you are plugging it in to a charger and socket known to be working, then it is time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.Fitbit.com. They will get you going again.
