My Charge 5 has stopped syncing and when I connect it to the charger the device doesn't show battery level on its display.
The Android app appears to be connected to the fitbit because it shows battery level which agrees with the watch display but it won't sync. I have gone through all the prescribed troubleshooting steps, none have worked. The charge 5 appears to be taking measurements normally.
Other bluetooth devices can connect to the phone.
Coincidentally with this, the Charge won't show that it is charging if I connect it to the charger. Terminals are clean and I have tried another USB charger.
