Sleep stages graph and score not displaying, only sleep timeline. My sleep position has not changed since last graph available three nights ago. Bluetooth setting has not changed. Changing the looseness of band or placement on arm have not made a difference. Battery isn’t too low. Begin sleep now is not activated. And sleep duration is more than three hours each night. My Fitbit Charge 5 is only 13 months old.

Good to see you participating in the community @sc-sue.
Thank you for taking the time to share all this information regarding this inconvenience with Charge 5.
You didn't mentioned heart rate and I was wondering if your Charge 5 is still tracking it. If your heart rate is OFF, you won't get sleep stages as heart rate readings are key for your sleep details. With that being said, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:
In addition to that, I suggest taking a look at this help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?
Besides that, please try to upload your Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

I have experienced absent sleeping scores for many years with my Charge 3, 4 and 5. I have tried absolutely everything you can find on the Internet, updating, deleting, removing, cleaning - the whole lot. Without ever any success. Even buy new tracker, new phones etc. Fitbit even kindly sent me a new Charge 5. But always after a few months, no more sleepscores.
That is - till I read the above three step trick. I do it every evening before going to sleep, and I get now consistently a sleep score, night after night!
It looks like the trackers memory is slowly filling up with sleep data in the course of the months, till the memory is completely full. And the tracker stops sending updated sleep data. Applying the above 3 steps, you force the memory empty again.

And alas, after 29 days of working flawlessly, also thus trick doesn't work any more. So back to the frustrating 'no sleep score' Fitbit standard...

Hello @sc-sue
According to the help page on tracking breathing rate (<-- click link), tracking uses the heart rate sensor (green light on the back).
Considering that you were able to get sleep stages working by turning heart rate off & on with syncing, I would have thought that this should have allowed your device to track your breathing rate.
I'm at a loss on what else to suggest to get your Charge 5 tracking your breathing rate.

After now close to two months applying the above 'trick' I came to realise that you have to apply it EXACTLY as described. The slightest deviation will lead to a no sleep score result the next morning.
So
Heart rate off AND sync
Heart rate on AND sync
RESTART
Any other variation will fail. It can be tricky to swipe from heartbeat to Reset, and you may incidentally deactivate heart rate again. Doing so obviously leads to a no result. I try to solve this by grabbing the bottom of the screen, and swiping up from there.
But also if you start by syncing incidentally with heart rate still on, forget it... no matter what you do after
What o what does this trick with the tracker, I would love to know...
