This is so frustrating... For the past week, the food log has not been adding. It will work briefly and then when I add food, it will not register it. It won't record it and won't be included in the math addition, and any new custom foods won't be included in the custom food list. The only solution I found earlier in the week was uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but today even that isn't working. I thought maybe it was me, but some friends are experiencing the same issue. We're all on Samsungs and have the latest version of the app. This is making it impossible to track calories in vs. out. Fitbit, fix this ASAP!!!

@magdalena_ I was looking to update the fitbit app last night and noticed comments on the app page to the effect that the latest version had caused this problem with food logging. Perhaps I'm lucky that I didn't have enough space left on my phone to complete the update ..

Macros nutritions do also not add up correctly anymore.

Hi everyone, and thank you for all the details that you've provided about this issue with your food logs and calorie information.
Other users have also been experiencing this same issue and this has been escalated to our team so they can look into it. The next Fitbit app version will bring a fix for this issue, so it's recommended to wait until an update is available for your Fitbit app.
Thanks again for all the information provided about this. The team continues to work to improve the Fitbit experience and your feedback is a big part of that process. Any update about this inconvenience will be shared in these threads:
See you around.
