Disappearing Food Log

I started tracking my food 4 days ago. I can say it seems unrealiable and frustrating. Anyone else have these issues or have a solution?

 

1) I had a Sunday food log shoe 2500 cals. The summary with the bars inly showed 500ish.

2) Yesterday I had issues with my charge 5 not syncing with the app. I saw a solution was to Uninstaller and reinstall the app. So I did that, my last two days of food logs are completely gone. 

 

It doesn't seem like I can go backwards and refill them in? I don't want to keep trying to use this feature if this is how it functions. Thoughts?

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your food logs and calorie information. 

Please know that other users have also been experiencing this same issue and this has been escalated to our team so they can look into it. The next Fitbit app version will bring a fix for this issue, so it's recommended to wait until an update is available for your Fitbit app.
