Found lost Charge 5

Fit bit replaced a lost charge 5. I’ve found it packaged in the woods near my mail box and would like to use. However, the phone won’t download due to the report of lost. Can I get that removed or should I return the product. It’s been a year since I reported it as missing.

Hi @Allylpga so this Fitbit was out in the woods for a year? Once it's locked, Fitbit doesn't unlock it. Have you checked with customer service to see what you should do? Even if it were to be unlocked, you already received a replacement. After being out in the elements for a year, the battery is probably quite dead, too.
