Hi. I’ve had my Fitbit Charge 4 (looks like a Charge 5) since October 23. Yesterday it stopped syncing with my IPhone and it also will not charge using the charging port. Have cleaned the back, cleaned the pins on the charging port (as per recommended), turned my iPhone off and still no action. It is reading my heart beat and the time. Any ideas to resolve? Thank you
