My fourth, yes fourth, Charge 5 has a black screen and no heart monitor either. I am exasperated! I bought the first in May 22, and since then I have had three replacements to the original and now the third replacement has a black screen. The same problem with all of them.
Anyone else on their fourth in seven months?
