I would like to access the free premium trial that comes with the charge 5. Additionally, The end of my current free 3 month trial is in November. Should I wait for my current free trial (used with the Fitbit Charge 3) to end before I use the 6 month trial?

The 6 months free premium membership for Charge 5 must be activated within 60-days of device activation. So my bet for you would be to cancel any running premium membership some days before that 60-days limit.
