thanks

It should be there automatically. But, it could depend on where you're based. If you scroll down to the end of this page, it has a list of countries where it's available. Please check if yours is there. If it is, but you don't see the tile, you should come back and ask for help again.

Hi @BeMango.
First which mobile device are you using? If it's Android I would recommend clearing the cache for the Fitbit app. If that doesn't work (and also for iOS) I would then recommend logging out and back into the Fitbit app to see if the health metrics tile is now showing. Failing that, try uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app.

Hi,
I have the same issue as the OP.
I removed the Fitbit app, restarted my iPhone and reinstalled the Fitbit app. The health metrics title is still not there.
What else can I do?

It should be there automatically if you're in a country that has it. You can also check by, tapping on your picture in the app, then going to your Charge 5 page and choosing apps. If it's available it should be there and you can tap on Install to get it. If it isn't there, you should check if you need to do any updates to your device. They would show up on your device page.
I hope that helps a bit.
