Frozen screen Charge 5

Charger 5 screen only shows half the clock and doesn’t move any direction.  I’ve attempted to reset using the charger cord several times but the Fitbit logo never occurs.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

 

In this case, since you already tried the restart procedure with the charging cable and you continue to experience the same problem with the display not responding, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. They will let you know how to proceed.
