My Charge 5 has previously tracked GPS on the same route I often run, but has completely failed for the past nine runs. I've tried all three GPS settings with no success: dynamic, device, and phone. The location settings in my Fitbit app are set to "Allow all of the time." For the last four runs, I also tracked my run with the Strava app and it worked perfectly each time, so the problem is not related to where I am running.
I chatted with Fitbit support and they had no resolution, though they did say "some of our devices have been affected by the update issue." When I asked for more information about this issue, they were unable to provide it.
Has anyone else lost the ability to track via GPS with their Charge 5? I've tried to find a bug status page for Fitbit but I have been unsuccessful.

Hi @lorenallen! I'm having the same issues with GPS. The map never shows up for me, even though I have the GPS successfully running.
