Hi

my Charge5 GPS consistently measures my runs  as being further than the GPS on my iphone. I’m confident that the iphone is very accurate after several years use, so I need to get the Charge 5 more accurate. Today my iphone measured a run at 11.55 KM, which was the distance given by the run organisers, but my charge 5 gave it as over 13 KM.

the built in GPS was a major feature for me, so I’m disappointed  with this.

 

any advice would be great.

Anche a me succede così nonostante abbia chiesto e ottenuto un cambio. Mi hanno sostituito il charge 5 "difettoso" con un altro ma non è cambiato nulla: durante le corse fa dei tracciati che non corrispondono alle strade percorse ma traccia dei percorsi assurdi e in molti casi è come se passassi tra le case o in alcuni casi tagliando interi quartieri. Per il primo hanno preso atto del GPS malfunzionante e lo hanno cambiato ma evidentemente non è un problema di GPS ma del charge 5 che non funziona. Una grossa delusione. Ormai sono deciso di aspettare un po' di tempo e poi cambio marca.
