When I first bought the Charge 5, the GPS was intermittent. I followed all instructions and it started to work, until last week when it just started showing a straight line rather than mapping my walk. I used an app on my phone to check GPS is working in the area and the other app mapped my walk perfectly so it's not GPS at fault. (It was a dull day with low cloud cover so thought it may have been GPS problem). I have not changed any settings so really don't understand why this is happening. I have again gone through all the troubleshooting hints and it is still not working. It's very frustrating and I'm not impressed with the Charge 5 at all. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be happening here?

Yes, something went wrong with GPS on Charge 5.
A month ago, when I manually started Walk mode, my track was perfectly visible on the map.
But few last walkings were recorded very strangerly and without map tracking, althouhg it was started manually and GPS icon was present on display.

I've just spoken to Customer Service who have suggested I "replace" the device with another charge 5. In computer speak I guess that's the same as turn it off and turn it on again!! It remains to be seen if it works or not! If it doesn't I'll be asking for a new device, this is getting silly!!
