Frequently my Charge 5 shows a gap in my sleep. For example, last night, it says I slept from approx 10PM to Midnite, and then again from 1:30AM to 9AM. I might have gotten up to use the restroom, but I wasn't awake for 90 minutes.
Meanwhile, I also have a Oura ring, which shows I slept from 10PM to 9AM.
My question is there some setting I should configure for the Charge 5 to give more accurate sleep readings?
