Hi there, @Wind23. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, floors aren’t tracked on Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. For more information about your Fitbit Charge 5, see Fitbit Charge 5 User Manual.

Hi @Wind23 the Charge 5 lacks an altimeter, so it can't recognize flights of stairs. You can see this in the user manual - click to read.

Backward step. Have previously had a Charge 2 and a Charge 4 and they both tracked floors. You’d expect each new version would be an improvement.
