My charge 5 does not pick up my elliptical when exercising.  I have 10 minutes set for time to start picking it up.  It does pick up other ellipicals.

@Wind23 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

When doing your exercises on the elliptical that is not recognize, do you have the hands on the railing ?

Do you move your hands and wrist while exercising?

If you lay your hands on the railing, and don't move them, your Charge 5 won't be able to recognize your activity.
