My charge 5 had the gasket and fitting for gasket come off. Less than a year old. Trying to figure out how to contact the warranty department.

Hi, @Mjtoth31 , I am really not sure what you mean by the “gasket on the back” - perhaps you could post a picture so it is clearer?
In the meantime you can see the various ways of getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.Fitbit.com . They will look after you!
