Please help, I have no clue by the description what these values mean. One says my hr shouldn't be below 60 yet it's showing teens thru twenties.
My bpm are wierd, my hrv I don't understand, it's saying my so2 variable is low while I sleep it's always in the green a few times orange or yellow very brief. I got this to better my health and all I understand here are sleep, bmp, and hr. The rest is foreign. I have a fitbit charge 5 . TIA

Read labels carefully. What is in teens and 20s appears to be "Heart Rate Variability", very different thing from heart rate (HR).
None of the graphs you posted show bpm. bpm is beats per minute, very different from heart rate variability, a kind of measurement of how much your bpm varies - kind of technical fitness measurement.
I guess depending on where you are looking at these, they have an "About" button under them which explains them better than I could, if you read carefully. I see that button under your Breathing Rate graph. I see an About button under each in Health Metrics on mine.
There's a "Learn more" button beside oxygen variation to get more info about it. Basically that is meant as an indication if you have sleep apnea. If you have apnea, supposedly you would have big variation in oxygen during an episode. Low variation is an indication of not having sleep apnea.

I understand bpm and heart rate. Heart rate variable, I don't understand. Also about the high low for sleep apnea.
