I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 and within 4 months it wasn't working anymore. After more than 1.5 hours on the phone with their customer service. They finally agreed to replace it (warning you only get the facia, nothing else !). That worked fine for about another 4 months, and it's not working again ! Bad product, poor customer service !
