Well, well. What a surprise. I think Version #4.02 released 16-Oct-23 has corrected this problem. 
Active zone minutes are now displayed as a histogram & there are no spurious minutes displayed in the early hours of the morning. 
Well done. But no points for communication with users who have been complaining about this fault for years.
