Getting message “Well Done” every few seconds. Charge 5

I’ve started getting a series of messages, “Well Done” accompanied by vibration patterns, 3 white chevrons surrounded by a blue circle, and a small number below the circle that begins with “1” and increments by one with each new notification. 

Wha is causing this and/or how do I stop it?
