Hi all,
Sorry to say goodbye, but I would have thought 9 years later Fitbit would have created a better product than the Fitbit One. The One was a great tracker; maybe Fitbit is trying to put too many bells and whistles on THIS thing? If all the gee-gaws worked I’d be thrilled. The “canned answers” provided by “support” moderators do not work. My Charge 5 is going back to Amazon on Monday and my trusty (…and WORKING..) Apple Smartwatch is going back on my wrist. Sorry, Fitbit - I gave you a chance.

At this point, I think you are lucky you have that option. The return window for my Charge 5 has closed, and after all my contact with customer service I'm being told to wait for new firmware.
