I set my charge 5 up yesterday using my preferred email. Today I tried to claim the Premier membership which defaults to my Google account. Everytime I enter the password it says invalid, the password is correct because I can access my Google account. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong please

Thank you for your response. I have tried forgot password and logging out of fitbit and Google so will try you link for fitbit support. Here's hoping.
