Hello @TJK43 

 

Congratulations on getting your Charge 5!  The ECG App isn't available in every country at the moment.  It's not in mine yet, which is a shame.

If you click on this link and then scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can see a list of the countries that can get it now.  Have a check and see if yours is there.  If it's not, it's a case of waiting until your country approves the App for use.
