HRV Tile Won't Show Data

Hi,

Until today everything working great. Premium member.

Now when I touch the HRV tile, instead of showing all the health metrics I get kicked back to the main screen.

Tried uninstall, re-install, restart phone etc. Nothing helps. Any thoughts?

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your HRV tile, @luv2bike18.  

 

Keep in mind that the Health Metrics tile are not available in all regions. To check if the tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website. 

 

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the information properly, please try to:

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the tile. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
