I use my Fitbit (Charge 5) numbers my metrics, however I do use a SleepNumber bed and it’s software is called SleepIQ. The sleep metrics it measures seem pretty good. It does give a HRV metric in milliseconds as does the Fitbit. What I completely don’t understand is my measure on the bed is around 200 ms, whereas on Fitbit it is more like 40 ms. As an overweight 71 year old who doesn’t workout much and really likes IPA I think the 40 is closer than the 200. They could be using some different measurements however the difference between RMS an SD wouldn’t be that far apart (I think??). Anybody have any experience with the SleepIQ numbers?

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums for the first time, @rancho16.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with SleepIQ and your Fitbit sleep metrics.
I'm sure you'll be able to find other users who can share their experience as well. You can also post your experience in the Discussions forum dedicated to sleep to get the attention from other community members who may have used this software you mentioned: Sleep Well.
