My HRV tracking doesn’t work many days throughout each week. No matter how I wear it, it doesn’t matter. How can I fix? I’ve reset and listened to Fitbit’s suggestions and still hasn’t worked.

Also having the same problem! Tried all the recommended steps, and spoken to customer service twice which is being escalated to another team who are supposed to contact me. Seen a lot of people in these forums with similar problems so I’m considering returning the charge 5 for a Sense 2 or Apple Watch
