My device stopped working one year after purchace and although they promised to provide full refund they never did. I was asked to set up a payoneer account and wait up to 6 weeks. 8 weeks later I asked them why the transaction was not processed and they relpied with an automated email "we closed your case as it's been a while since we heard from you''

Regarding your Charge 5, while I don't have access to the refund process, I'd like to get you connected with our Support team so they can provide you with an update.
