Health Metric Tile Not Opening

When I tap on the Health Metric tile in the app nothing happens. It highlights the tile but doesn't open anything up at all. I have read many other issues with the health metric tile so I will start by saying I'm in the UK so on the list, my charge 5 is showing the Sp02% in the stats and I've logged out, forced closed, restarted my phone, logged back in and syncd but the tile still doesn't do anything or open anything up. My phone is a Samsung S22 Ultra with the latest software update on both the phone and Fitbit App. Im on the premium trial but unless I can sort this I wont be continuing with it at all.

I would try clearing my app cache, and maybe deleting the metrics tile, and then re-adding it to the app.
