Heart Rate Doesn’t Show Beating Rhythm

My old Inspire 2 use to always show the heart rate beating no matter which clock face was selected. My charge 5 however does not. I currently use the Target clock face and even when I am working out the heart never beats. Is Fitbit aware of this issue or does this not work with my current clock face?

Hello @MikeFB520 

 

Sadly it seems to be the designs of the watch faces.

 

 I use the Run Liner watch face that has the heart on the main screen.  It only beats if you’re earning Active Zone Minutes/ are in the Fat Burning Zone or higher.

 

I really miss seeing it beat too.  It can be really unnerving after having the Charge 4.

 

You could vote for Feature Suggestions on that topic (or make a new one).  If enough votes are received, things might change…
