Heart Rate Historic Data and Graphs No Longer Showing

I can no longer see any of my heart rate data in the app or on the dashboard.  In the app, when I select heart rate it says "no measurements."  In the dashboard, I no longer have an option to view any heart rate data, and clicking "see more" on the heart rate tile instead takes me to the Activities page.
