Heart Rate Variability doesn't work.

Nothing has shown on Heart Rate Variability since I started wearing this new Charge 5 Fitbit one week ago.  All the other features show.  Things I have tried:  1) Restarting my iphone.  2)  Deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app on my iphone. 3)  Restarting the Charge 5.   4) Wearing the Charge 5 tighter. 6)  Wearing the Charge 5 looser.   Any other help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated because HRV is the reason I purchased the watch in the first place.   Thank you!
