Hi,

 

Yesterday while laying on my sofa I noticed my fit bit vibrated and showed that I reached my Active Zone Minutes. When I looked at my fit bit my heart rate was going up it reached 155 BPM. It was weird because I was watching TV and had no physical activity.

Has this happened to anyone.

Hello @MarangelyH 

 

It can happen that the Charge 5 occasionally get a wrong reading like that. As long as it happens from time to time and only for a minute or two, I would not worry.
