After WALKING exercise my APP displays "Default" and "Pace," not "Heart Zones" data.

The error message says: "Not enough heart rate data available." And yet the APP displays continuous "Beats Per Minute."

How can I fix this?

Hello @Trainmaster1976

I’m sorry to hear you’re having a problem with your App.

Are you starting the activity from your Charge 5 or your App?  I think if you start it from your Charge 5 by setting up an Exercise Shortcut, it should show your heart rate zones too.

If you could give some more specific details, we might be able to give better help.

I walk for exercise.I start my exercise regime via the FitBit APP.If I try to start my exercise via the Charge 5, there are the following options:

- Run
- Bike
- Swim
- Treadmill
- Weights
- Interval Workout
There is not an option for "Walk."

I see @Trainmaster1976

Here’s how to set up a shortcut for it:

In the App on your phone, from the Today Screen tap your profile picture then Charge 5.  Tap on Exercise Shortcuts and then delete one you don’t need by swiping left.

Then +Exercise Shortcut becomes visible and you can choose Walk from that.

Sync your Charge 5 and check that it shows under Exercise.  When you’re ready to do a Walk, press Start and then scroll up to make sure GPS is set to on (so it will track a map for you if you want one).  If you set it up the first time, it should remember you want GPS.

Then press Start and the Stop at the end and it should show both the map and the heart zones in your App when you’ve finished.

I hope that helps you.  If you have any questions please let me know and I’ll try to help.
