My heart details aren't showing up on my tracker. Also when I do the mindfulness activities on premium it says cannot access heart details

Hello @leigh2829 

 

I'm sorry to hear that.  Do you have any tattoos on the wrist you wear it on?  Sometimes it won't be able to read your heart rate through tattoos.

 

Here are some other things to check:

 

Scroll down from the Clock Face screen on your Charge 5 until you get to Settings.  Tap, then scroll down until you get to Heart Rate.  Check that it shows a blue dot (that means it's On).  If it's grey, tap it and turn it on.

 

If it's on, but not working, check that green lights are flashing on the back of your tracker.  If they're not, try restarting it by going back to Settings as before, then scrolling up to the end where it says Restart Device.  Follow the instructions.
