Heart rate accuracy

Is there a way to define heart rate parameters based on my actual endurance physiology rather than an algorithm based on my age, weight, etc?  I've compared my Charge 5 to Wahoo and Garmin trackers and the Charge 5 consistently provides over the top performance data (peak and cardio when barely exerted) . The other clues are my body composition does not reflect the weight loss that the linked nutrition app indicates should be happening. FYI, I've done all the wrist location adjustments, app reboots, etc. recommended in other threads. This is my 2nd Charge 5, probably last Fitbit.
