I used to have the Alta and then I had the Versa and now I have the Charge 5 and on my Charge 5 I've noticed that it hardly ever picks up on my heartbeat per minute. Has anyone else had this issue?
It doesnt show any number. Ive tried placing it in various spots on my wrist. However, like I said the other two fitbits i used to own had no problem reading my heart rate. Its a bummer because a lot relies on that heart rate reading.
Heart rate number normally come up in a few secs once you wear it. Maybe you can try a full restart with usb cable. If it still doesnt work, just replace it with a new one. The QC nowadays is poor.
Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.
