Heart rate is accurate if I've not activated one of the exercise modes
But if I activate one of the exercise options eg yoga - then heart rate is recorded as elevated even if not actually doing anything. If exercise mode is turned off then for the same activity it's working ok.
Seems to be the Fitbit is assuming I'm exercising and guessing rather than actually recording
