My Charge 5 says it’s not on wrist (eda testing for example) when it is. The light against wrist won’t turn on at all. I have restarted it both from settings menu and the usb, I have charged it full. Customer support link does not work from app, leads to an empty page again and again. What to do?

This sounds a bit silly but have you checked that it’s turned on? Sometimes things get turned off by accident.
Scroll down from the Clock Face screen to Settings, tap, then scroll up and check that Heart Rate is switched on and shows a blue dot.
If it’s switched on but no light then you need to get a replacement.
I hope you can get through to Support or the place you bought it from if you need to.
