Hi, @Nastastia, welcome to the community, HRV is quite a complex metric, you may find these articles of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? and What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app? I assume you wear your "Charge 5" overnight.

If you continue to have a problem try restarting your "Charge 5" This video demonstrates to process and clear the cache in the Fitbit app on your phone. Please post here again and let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Thank you for the links I tried them and I am still having no hrv score show up. 3/31 was the last hrv score. I’ve restarted my watch, updated and completely redownloaded the app waited a few days still no score. Previously I would have one or two days missing but I’m at 12 days in a row with no data.

I have the same issue. Today is 4/12, my last HRV was on 4/3, then in March it only reported on 3/30, 3/29, 3/27, 3/14 and. 3/12. I have logged out , deleted and reinstalled app, cleared cache, re-synced watch to phone numerous times etc etc, and nothing fixed it for more than a day or two. At this point I have given up and just hope that someday it will be resolved “accidentally” in a future app update like it got broken.

Same for me, my last HRV was April 6th, 2023. I've tried a restart etc.

Hi, @Nastastia@MsDarnWright  & @jaybee8955 I wonder if you've made any progress? I assume you are looking for HRV in the Health Metrics tile on the Fitbit app on your phone. Can you let us know the make & model of your phones? Note the OS, Fitbit Supported Devices advises. Please also check you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app.

Cheers

Hello @Gr4ndp4 , I am running the Fitbit app version 3.79 on iOS 16.4.1 with an iPhone SE (2020)   I might add that I usually don’t receive a sleep score at least once or twice a week for unknown reasons, in which case the HRV and breathing rates would be expected to be null. On days with a sleep score I would expect the HRV to be populated like the breathing rate is. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks

Hi, @jaybee8955, you may find these articles of interest What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app? & How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? As a general comment, there does not seem to be a glut of reports on this issue here or on the "Platforms" boards so I suspect you are more likely to find a resolution in the troubleshooting sections of these articles. Restless nights will interrupt data collection and in my experience, anything more than a glass of wine with your evening meal will have a detrimental effect. I also suggest you check the phone's "settings">apps>Fitbit>permissions, (including location) allow all> storage & cache, clear cache>Mobile data & Wifi ensure background data & unrestricted data are on and you have sufficient credit in your data account>app battery usage, set to unrestricted. This last is because some phones treat the Fitbit app as non-essential and close it down when we need it to be running in the background constantly. Once you check these settings sync your Fitbit app.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
