I find when tracking running as an exercise I get notifications when moving from fat burn to cardio to peak and back down again but when tracking a walk I only get notifications when I move up the heart rate zones but not down, is that normal?
I would find it really useful to be able to track walks and be notified when my heart rate is going down the zones and not just up.

Best AnswerYou can set that separately for each exercise choice. Swipe up from arrow at bottom on exercise type; it shows more options for that type; among them is something like heart rate zones.
