Mobile Track linked to another device.

When I synced this morning, I saw that it says "Mobile Track is linked to another device". I don't know what this means, and could it be why it does not pick up my HR on my stationary bike? My understanding is when I set up the Charge 5 it unlinked from the Inspire HR I had previously. It does track walking (as running) and the GPS shows my map (which is very cool).

Hello @SueinPG,

MobileTrack is a feature where the fitbit app leverages a smartphone's sensors.  Maybe you have another smartphone that was configured to use its sensors to track your activity/steps?

Here is some more info regarding: MobileTrack Info

I had the Inspire HR before this bit I assumed it was deleted when I set up the Charge 5. How do I tell?

I do have Samsung Health; it tracks my steps but that's all and it's not related to Fit Bit. I have had my Samsung S20 for a year, and all my smart phones have had the Fit it app, So I still don't understand, but this Charge 5 does not track my HR on occasion so I thought it might be related. Thanks For the Link! Have a nice day!

Hello @SueinPG

You can check in the App on your phone by tapping your profile picture and it should show your devices.  For example the Charge 5.

Also, from your Dashboard on Fitbit.com, if you tap the cog icon at the top right of the screen, and choose Settings, then Settings again it shows your connected devices.

I hope that helps a bit.
