Heat rate reading stops after about 3 hours

I have a Charge 5 and after 3 hours use, starting with 100% charge, it stops tracking the heart rate and sleep. I have used my Fitbit since April 2023 and a few days ago, out of the blue, it started draining the battery rapidly. I have GPS and Always Display off. I have tried to restart it.
