Horrendous Customer Service

Product stopped working after 5/6 months, difficult to cancel subscription and because it renewed through Google Fitbit claims they can't do anything. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to help. Will be actively telling people not to buy Fitbits in the future. Customer service is absolute garbage.
