Horrible redesign

Cannot believe how difficult the new design is to navigate.  I loved the former look. Takes forever to decipher sleep score now. I rate the new design a 1 out of 10. It's clumsy, nothing streamlined about it, and I don't see myself staying with fitbit.

I agree! Looking for resting heart rate—can’t find it. Please bring back the old.

Completely agree!  This latest update is so hard to get used to!  Clearly end users were not involved...at least not enough.  While I'm still trying to figure out where things are, it should not be so hard to find. After a week, I still can't figure out things like how to change app display so I can see the activities and results I track most so they show first!  The tiles were easy to shift things around, and hide stuff I don't care about!

Fitbit should be ashamed!  No notice given, just woke up one day and chaos with my charge 5.  I hope better changes are in the works.  Please!

@SusanDouglas @Reblar @cathybeaty Hello guys, lets give a warm welcome to our new users.

We appreciate you expressing your worries regarding the new Fitbit app. You seem to be upset with the most recent changes the app has undergone. I am also aware that adjusting to these changes can be challenging. We are making an effort to consider your opinions, therefore with that in mind, we created an article where you can find the answers to the queries we believe are most frequently asked in the community.

You can find it here: How to get the most out of the new Fitbit app

I agree the new version is a little uglier than the ool, but I've customized the main screen and found everything I need except the charge level of the Fitbit (used to be shown when you sync).  Now the only way to see the charge level is on the device which is shown in a tiny font in dark grey on a black background and is impossible to read.

Totally agree!  What were they thinking when they did this update?  I HATE it, it was so much better before.  If they do nothing else, they need to bring back the battery percentage & show your actual heart rate in real time the way it was before.

Yes, I used to get notices in my email of low battery—wonder if I’ll still get those?

I am also finding lots of things I use seem to have disappeared. Used to be able to compare exercises logged, and look back over the weeks to see history, now it's incredibly hard to navigate. Month of exercise is apparently only since October 1st, how do I look further back than this week?  Also family have stopped messaging as it's not easy to access. Don't understand why they've made such massive wholesale changes rather than a few bits at a time with a chance to provide feedback. Like change when it is easy to navigate. This is just a mess.

Husband now looking keenly at Garmin and apple devices. Bring back old functionality please before he moves us, I have six years of data at risk!
